Where's my stuff?

An update on Crowley fulfilment.

Where's my stuff?

Hi all

A brief update on where we are with shipping on the Crowley campaign...

Being first-timers, we didn't realise QUITE how much admin was involved with this endeavour, and we're also learning that some things take a lot longer to arrive than we imagined (and they are never the things you think are going to be complicated). We did deliver the show itself on time, which we're really pleased about, but the other stuff has taken a lot longer than we had hoped.

Here's where things stand as of today:

  • T-shirts and script books are now at the distribution center.
  • CDs will be arriving next week
  • Signed items are being signed as we speak
  • The Department of Works Field Kits are all set and ready to go EXCEPT, it seems like half the boxes have vanished in transit and we are working with the manufacturer to figure out where they are - this is a SUPER fun way to spend time.

For those in the EU waiting for stuff, we completed all the export forms, risk assessments and all GSPR protocols (all of which are a legal requirement for shipping to the EU) over a month ago and are STILL waiting for a response to those. We can't ship to the EU until that stuff has all been signed off.

We're working with our distribution people to segment those backers who are not in the EU and whose orders can be fulfilled from what is already available, and we hope to start shipping those in the next few days.

The rest will follow as soon as the CDs and DoW boxes have arrived and the DoW Field Kits have been assembled (we're expecting that will be within the next week to 10 days).

As for the EU paperwork... I guess we wait and see. We offer huge apologies to our EU backers for this; I guess these Brits were so excited about all that awesome sovereignty that they clean forgot about the bureaucracy.

Thank you all for your patience. We have learned a lot of lessons here that can be applied to the Call of Cthulhu delivery, and that's a positive, but I guess you can never properly mitigate for missing shipments and bureaucratic shenanigans.
