Where's my stuff? (Update)

Hi everyone

So, there's good news and bad news (but it's mostly good news).

• The Crowley CDs have arrived at the fulfilment centre...
• Those things that have needed to be signed have been signed...
• The contents of the Department of Works Field Kit have all been manufactured and are ready to go (and they're awesome)...
• The EU GSPR stuff is almost all done...

But...

• Comically, we need to register with some kind of EU Gateway service, and that registration is being held up because, as is the way of these things, we registered, the system confirmed our registration, we then tried to log in and were told that we were not recognised. So we went through the process again and have, as a result of two attempts in quick succession, now been flagged as fraudulent and barred from the system temporarily.
• We are also in the process of creating the required multi-lingual instruction manuals and disposal instructions for those EU backers who may, apparently, be unfamiliar with how to work a book or a T-shirt.
• More alarmingly, half of the boxes that were designed to contain the DoW Field Kits are STILL missing and now the company responsible has gone very very quiet...

In the meantime, we are working with our fulfilment company to start shipping every package that does not contain a Field Kit and is not going to the EU.
